Focused on Cuba, each Monday morning session
will feature a member of
LaGrange College’s distinguished faculty:

Jan. 25
“The Cuban Literary Soul: Dreams, Memory and Rediscovery”
Dr. Amanda Plumlee, Latin American Studies & Modern Languages

Feb. 22
“Cuba: Little Country, Big Sports”
Dr. Arya Alami, Exercise Science

March 28
“Exploring the World of Cuban Music”
Dr. Oliver Green

April 25
“A Curriculum for Revolutionary Consciousness:
Illuminating the fusion of Ideology and pedagogy in Cuba’s Schools”

Dr. Don Livingston, Education

Beginning at 10:00 a.m. (and ending at 11:15), the lectures will be held in the Dickson Assembly Room of Turner Hall.

Park in the lot located behind Sunny Gables Alumni House; 910 Broad Street; a shuttle will take you to the door.

A Dutch-treat lunch will be available in the Pitts Dining Hall following each session.
