Justin Scott Smith, 24, 1794 Ferry Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/31/2012, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Driving While Unlicensed.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Brittany Michelle Tumlin, 20, 1300 US Hwy 27 Lot 11, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/27/2012, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane, Reckless Driving, No Insurance and VGCSA.

Autumn Delaine Simons, 23, 81 Overton Mountain Drive, Roanoke, AL 36274, arrested on 07/31/2012, charged with False Statements and Party to a Crime.
