On Friday, September 14, 2012, agents with the West Metro Regional Drug Enforcement Office and deputies with the Heard County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 4715 Bevis Road.
Agents had received several complaints in regards to methamphetamine sales from this residence.
Upon execution of the search warrant, agents located a large amount of methamphetamine and various firearms at the residence.
Arrested at the residence were the following:
Ricky Shane Goddard, charged with Sale of Methamphetamine, Possession of Meth with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Gary Smith, charged with Possession of Meth with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony.
Justin Tiller, charged with Possession of Meth with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Firearm during Commission of a Felony.
Angela Moody, charged with Possession of Meth with Intent to Distribute.
Also at the residence was Moody’s 2-year-old daughter who was safely turned over to her grandparents. More charges and more arrests are pending in this case.
