(Franklin) — According to the Franklin Police Department, four individuals were arrested Friday afternoon at a residence located at 297 Mary Johnson Drive on the west side of Franklin.
Law enforcement officers with the West Metro Regional Drug Enforcement Office, Franklin Police Department, and Heard County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at the residence where other arrests have been made in recent years.
Law enforcement officers from the same local agencies executed similar warrants in 2012, 2011 and 2010, after investigations identified individuals allegedly selling narcotics at the home.
During each of these search warrants, individuals have been arrested for drug related charges.
According to Franklin Police Chief Kevin Hannah, as law enforcement officers approached the home Friday afternoon, several people were observed outside the residence and one of the individuals, later identified as Sharome Watts, fled on foot as officers gave chase.
“After a brief foot chase, the officers were able to apprehend Sharome Watts and recover a bag of marijuana,” said Hannah. “The other law enforcement officers of the tactical entry team gained access into the residence where nine individuals were detained. Upon searching the residence along with the individuals that were detained, officers located marijuana on Larry Clark.”
Sharome Watts is charged with one felony count of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Obstruction of Law Enforcement.
Larry Clark is charged with one felony count of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
Jonathan Cammon and Roderick Keith are both charged with Disorderly House, after being charged with the same violation at the last search warrant that was conducted on September, 18, 2012.
