Ephesus City Hall announces changes in office operations

(Ephesus, GA) — Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020 Ephesus City Hall will implement restricted contact with the public in an effort to minimize the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus.

This restricted contact will remain in effect until further notice.

City Hall will remain open but our doors are locked and we are not conducting business in person.

However, we will still be able to meet all of our customer’s needs by way of the drive-thru window, which is located on the side of the building closes to Ephesus Elementary School.

Water payments can be taken over the telephone, payments can be dropped off in the drop box on the opposite side of the building from the drive thru window, payments can be made on line at www.ephesusga.com on a laptop or regular computer (NO MOBILE APP IS AVAILABLE)  and of course you can reach the staff via email at ephesuscityhall@gmail.com.

Ephesus Community Center will also be Closed to the public until such time that the CDC releases new guidelines for public interaction.

The World Health Organization announced they have classified COVID-19 as a global pandemic, and with a large percent of our resident population being comprised of those at high risk, our priority, as always, is to protect our community, as well as our employees.

We sincerely hope that everyone understands the severity of this virus and understands this is our way of trying to desperately help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
