(Ephesus) — The Ephesus Public Library hosted a home-school program on Tuesday, January 19th, 2016.

Justin Nobles, Melissa Gearhart and Teresa Jones of the West Georgia Regional Library administration were on hand with the components for “STEAM ENGINE: Ideas in Motion.”

This is a program made possible by a grant from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services to Georgia Public Library Services.

It consists of technology for children to experiment and play with, learning all the while.

Tuesday’s focus was on robotics, with elements such as Cubelets, Littlebits, Ozobots, and BB-8 (Sphero).

Seventeen children and their parents attended this two hour event.
