Fall Sports Registration Update at HCPR

(Franklin, GA) — July 1st is the last day of regular registration at Heard County Recreation Department.

Starting July 2nd there will be a $10 late registration fee for all activities. HCPR is aware that July 1st is on a Sunday, but the office will be open from 9AM until 3AM on Saturday.

Also, online registration will still be available for regular registration until 11:59 PM on Saturday, June 30th.

Below are the number of participants we have so far in each age group and sport:

Fall Baseball

8U — 8 registered (4 spots available, anyone after number 12 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)

10U — 7 registered (5 spots available, anyone after number 12 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)

12U — 3 registered (9 spots available, anyone after number 12 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)
14U — 2 registered (10 spots available, anyone after number 12 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)
Fall Softball
8U — 9 registered (3 spots available, anyone after number 12 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)
10U — 10 registered (2 spots available, anyone after number 12 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)
12U — 6 registered (6 spots available, anyone after number 12 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)
14U — 2 registered (10 spots available, anyone after number 12 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)
Volleyball
9-11 — 6 registered (4 spots available, anyone after number 10 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)
12-14 — 5 registered (5 spots available, anyone after number 10 will be put on a waiting list to see if a second team will make)
6U Flag Football
There are plenty of spots available for participants to register.
Football
8U — 6 registered (29 spots available, anyone after number 35 will be put on a waiting list, we need 50 to make two teams)
10U — 20 registered (15 spots available, anyone after number 35 will be put on a waiting list, we need 50 to make two teams)
12U — No one has signed up, but we will need at least 20 to make a team
Cheerleading
There is no cut off number for each age group of cheerleading. We will take as many that sign up.
