Georgia Girl Closes in on Big Maxim Magazine Prize

Brittney Leigh, a model from the Atlanta area, is one of the finalists in the 2011 Maxim Magazine Hometown Hotties contest.

The magazine has told her that she is currently in the top two in voting but due to contest rules can’t confirm if she is in the lead or not.

This would be a huge break for the young lady who is in no way your typical “frilly model” type.

She is actually very much a down to Earth country girl at heart and, in fact, deer hunting is one of her many outdoor passions. She is also a huge fan of the Georgia Bulldogs as well as a big believer in Jesus Christ.

Her entry video actually featured her on a hunting excursion where she even does a little shooting demonstration.

Local hunting fans may recognize her as a mossy oak model for Russell Outdoors. We asked Brittney what winning this contest would mean to her.

“To win Maxim Hometown Hottie would be so exciting for me to represent Georgia and our southern hospitality! It would be such a great opportunity to bring recognition to our state and my community. I have been modeling since I was 15 and I love it! I am an avid outdoors-woman! I love to hunt, fish, camp, go muddin, you name it! Bass pro shop is my favorite place to shop, and my favorite color is camo!”– Brittney Leigh

If you would like to vote for Brittney visit Maxim Magazine and vote today. The contest voting ends December 5th and you can vote for Brittney once per day.

We will be sure to update everyone on Brittney’s progress in the contest as soon as the winner is announced.
