Site Demolition At Heard County High School
Job Description and Specifications: Complete demolition and removal of all debris at the following addresses: 401 Main St, 439 Main St, 459 Main St, 481 Main St and an unnumbered lot adjacent to 459 and 481 Main Street. All lots are in Franklin GA, 30217.
Removal should include all structures, footings, slabs, cement, asphalt and debris of any kind. Removal will NOT include trees or vegetation at this time.
Construction Start Date: Tuesday, Sept 11th
Completion Date: Friday, Oct 12th
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on site Wednesday, September 5th at 10:00 AM.
Bids will be due by Monday, September 10th at 2:00 PM. Late bids will not be considered.
