HCMS student places 1st at State Technology Fair

TJ New is pictured above with her winning artwork from the Georgia State Technology Fair

(Macon, GA) – HCMS 8th-grader TJ New brought home a first place trophy at the Georgia Technology Fair in Macon last week.

TJ won in the 7th-8th grade Non-Animated Graphic Design category. Her winning picture was of a character from the Cirque Du Soleil show “Totem” called “The Tracker.”

She advanced to the state competition after winning the regional competition in February.
