Heard County 4-H Presents the 1st Annual Dine & Design Fundraiser

(Franklin) — Heard County 4-H Presents the 1st Annual Dine & Design Fundraiser Event that will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 from 11:00 a.m.to 2:00 p.m.

Lunch will be served for $6.00 per plate. It will include: Spaghetti, garlic bread, dessert and tea or water.

Buy a round table (72″) to decorate any way you like. Each round table is $30.00. There will be smaller rectangular tables (30″x48″) available for $20.00.

The table can be purchased by a group, club, organization, business, or individual. It does not have to be any particular theme. You can choose, any holiday theme, company theme, sports theme, etc.

Best Table Winner will be the table that receives the most votes. Each $30.00 or $20.00 table ticket is allowed one vote and one free meal. Each $6.00 meal ticket is allowed one vote. Extra votes can be purchased for $1.00 each. Each table is assigned a number for voting purposes. The winning table will receive a certificate and $50.00 cash!

SpaghettiGuidelines are as follows: Set-Up will be Sunday, November 22 – 2:00-5:00 p.m.; No open flames, no extension cords, battery operated items only

Heard County 4-H is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. The 4-H Building will be locked overnight.

Take down will be from Monday, November 23 starting at 2:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
