Heard County Graduation Rate Hits All-Time High

(Franklin, GA) — Heard County High School’s graduation rate reached an all-time high this week reaching over 90 percent for the first time. The Class of 2015 graduated at a rate of 90.9 percent up from 87 percent in 2013 and 87.5 percent in 2014.
