Caroline was chosen by the school faculty as the student who best exemplifies the qualities of a good citizen.

Those qualities are honor, service, courage, leadership and patriotism.

She is active in her youth group at Hillcrest Baptist Church and currently is in cheerleading at Heard Middle School.

The DAR Youth Citizenship Program began in 1933 with the goal of recognizing the outstanding young people in our community who exhibit the qualities of good citizenship in their homes, schools and throughout the community.

There is no doubt that Caroline is an outstanding member of our community.

One of the most rewarding activities for our chapter members is the opportunity to interact with Heard County students.

In addition to supporting DAR Schools around the country, we also support our local schools throughout the year in various programs and activities.

Join us and make a difference in the education of our future.

Contact your Heard County chapter at jamesstewartchapterdar@gmail.com with any questions regarding this and our other programs.
