Important Notice: City of Ephesus water customers

(Ephesus, GA) — The City of Ephesus has re-opened City Hall to the public; however, all State regulations and COVID-19 guidelines will remain in place until further notice.

We encourage anyone having business inside the building to wear a mask, as we continue to try and protect the health and well-being of our citizens and staff.

As a reminder, Water Bills are due by the 10th of each month. Late Fees are applied for payments after the 10th of the month.

Payments may be put in the drop box in an envelope, which is located on the opposite side of the building from the drive thru window. Credit card payments can be made over the phone or on-line at www.ephesusga.com (Mobile App not available).

If you are not sure of your account number and the last 4 digits of the phone number on file with Ephesus Water Department, please give us a call at 770-854-8616 and we will be happy to assist you.

Water Shut-offs have been suspended for the past three months and customers were asked to make water payment arrangements during this time.

The City of Ephesus Water Department will resume Water Shut-Offs for Non-Payment on June 30, 2020.

There will be a $25.00 reconnect fee added to any water account that has been locked due to non-payment.

To avoid having your water service shut off, please call City Hall at 770-854-8816 to set up payment arrangements before June 30, 2020.
