Is Your Voter Information Updated?

Vote 2016(Franklin) — There is very important information Heard County voters must be aware of as Elections staff and the Voter Registration Office prepare for the 2016 Election Cycle.

If you have moved recently, your voter registration address may not be accurate, or you may still be registered in your previous county.

To view the address the Registration Office has on record, you can go to the Secretary of State’s “My Voter Page” at http://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov.

If you cannot find your voter registration record, you may need to re-register to vote. The Secretary of State has an on-line voter registration application at https://registertovote.sos.ga.gov.

If you have a Georgia driver’s license, you may fill out and submit the form on-line. Otherwise, you may print out the form and mail it to the Secretary of State’s Office.

The Voter Registration Office is available Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (closed for lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) to answer any questions you may have about voter registration, absentee ballots, or the election.

You may also access the Voter Registration web page at http://www.heardcountyga.com/voterReg.html.
