Kallie LeAnn Jeter & Duane Joshua Smith would like to announce their wedding for October 20, 2012. The bride is the daughter of Melissa and Michael Bailey, and Earnest Lance. The groom is the son of Dawn Buchanan and Duane Smith. Both are residents of Franklin, Ga. They will be getting married at Centralhatchee Baptist Church.
