The team was given a standing ovation by fans in attendance in honor of the first ever GHSA team state championship in school history.

The girls and coaches also surprised weightlifting coach Rich Fendley with a ring in appreciation for his hard work and efforts to get the girls in shape for last fall’s historic run in Columbus.
