(Franklin) — The HCMS Braves basketball team fell to the Mt. Zion Eagles 55-43 in the small school tournament semi-finals at HCMS Wednesday afternoon.

The teams split the two match-ups earlier in the regular season with both teams winning at home before the very athletic Eagles were able to pull off the road win in Franklin yesterday.

Several Braves contributed to the scoring with David Urquilla scoring 10 points, Andrew Leak with nine, D.J. Emory with eight, and Alijah Huzzie with six. Connor Nutt and Tray Dunson each scored five.

The boys and girls championship games will be played at HCMS today beginning at 5:00 p.m.
