Mr. Jimmy Ray Jennings, 57, of Rossville, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at his home.
Mr. Jennings attended the Georgia School for the Deaf in Cave Springs, Georgia and worked for thirty-three years in the heating & air business before pursuing a career as a truck driver with S & H Drivers, Inc.
He was of the Baptist faith, served as past-president of the Battlefield Deaf Club, and loved the Atlanta Falcons.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Roy & Mary Jennings, sister, Janet Jennings Stanfield, & brother, Gary Jennings.
He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Bonnie Lynne Jennings; children, Susan (Jake) Armstrong, Abrigail (Derek) Delaney, & Kevin (Miranda) Fisher; grandchildren, Gunner Armstrong, Gabriel Fisher, & Josie Taylor; brothers, Roy (Brenda) Jennings & Tony (Norma Jean) Jennings; sisters, Carolyn Walker, Sandra (Don) Mironov, & Charlotte (John) Bierley.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Dale Oxendine officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 17th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
