Mr. Lamar Hendricks

Mr. Jonathan Lamar Hendricks, age 25 of Roanoke, Alabama, formerly of Heard County passed away at his home on Monday, August 12, 2013.

Funeral services for Mr. Hendricks were conducted on Thursday, August 15, 2012, 2:00 P.M. from the Glenn Baptist Church in Franklin, Georgia with the Reverends Mike Watson and Dennis Meeks officiating. Music was provided by Keith Benefield.

Those serving as pallbearers were Don Birchfield, Mathew Birchfield, Justin Benefield, Wesley Puckett, Josh Chance, Wendell Puckett, and Anthony Powell. The interment followed in the Big Springs Baptist Church in Woodland, Alabama.

Mr. Hendricks was born in Carrollton, Georgia on October 24, 1987, the son of Debbie Brown Hendricks and Bobby Denson Hendricks. He was a member of Glenn Baptist Church, and was a graduate of Woodland High School. The joys of his life were his three children! He filled his life with their care. He was a loving husband, son, father, and brother. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Hollie Richardson Hendricks; parents, Debbie and Bobby Hendricks; children Kenzie, J. C., and Jake Hendricks; brother, Joseph Hendricks; all of Roanoke, AL.; grandparents, Lurlene and David Pierce of Woodland, AL.; and in-laws, Rachael and Buddy Sikes of Roanoke, AL..

Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home of Franklin, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
