Mrs. Charlotte Bales

Mrs. Charlotte Ann Cosper Bales, age 50 of Franklin, Georgia passed away at her home on March 30, 2012.

A memorial service was conducted for Mrs. Bales on Monday, April 2, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. from the Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gary Farlow officiating. Music was provided by Rev. Tom Lipham.

Mrs. Bales was born in Fulton County, Georgia, the daughter of Louvele Landrum Cosper and J W Cosper. She was a loving mother who was very proud of her three sons, the youngest; Hubert Bales preceded her in death last year when their home burned.

She was a kind, gentle person who cared for those she loved. Mrs. Bales was a Baptist by faith. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by two sons, Roger Keith Padgett II of Woodland, AL., and Aaron Bales of Franklin, GA.; three sisters, Martha Cosper, Pamela Herrandey, and Kathy Cosper; four brothers, Russell Cosper, Lonnie Cosper, Larry Cosper, and Glenn Westbrook; and special family members with whom she lived, mother-in-law, Diane Bales, Elmer Westbrook, and Hailey Bales of Franklin, GA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherrill Bales, and beloved son, Hubert Bales.

Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home of Franklin, Georgia was in charge of arrangements.
