The third and deciding game in the State Playoff series between the Lady Braves and the Lovett Lions was postponed Thursday due to weather concerns.

The game has been re-scheduled for a noon first pitch on Saturday at the high school. With all the other 5-AA teams being eliminated handily all eyes will be on our girls as they attempt to take the rubber game of the series from The Lovett School, a private school located in Atlanta.

The winner of the game will advance to play the winner of the Fannin Co. (8A-AA) vs. Dade Co. (7B-AA) series which is also set for a game three on Friday.

Coach Barron has secured tickets for his whole team to be there to support the Lady Braves.

The Brave Nation is asking that all fans please where white to the game to support the girls. It is breast cancer awareness month so you may also mix in some pink if you like.

These girls have worked extremely hard all year and this should be a great game between two very closely matched line-ups and two excellent pitchers. First pitch will be at 12:00 p.m. but everyone is advised to arrive early to get the best seats. Best wishes to the Lady Braves softball team!
