Heard Co. Student Art Spotlight

(Franklin) — Each week we spotlight an art creation of an elementary grade student from Heard, Centralhatchee, or Ephesus Elementary.

The Student Artist Spotlight for this week is Jay Harrison. Jay is a Kindergarten student at Heard County Elementary School.

Jay designed his watercolor project by using different types of lines to create a flower and using water colors to  paint over the lines.
