(Franklin) — Each week we spotlight an art creation of an elementary grade student from Heard, Centralhatchee, or Ephesus Elementary.

The Student Artist Spotlight for this week is Kelly Strickland. Kelly is a 4th Grade student at Heard County Elementary School.

Kelly used her imagination to create artwork beginning with a dot for International Dot Day, September 15th.
