(Franklin, GA) — Each week we spotlight an art creation of an elementary grade student from Heard, Centralhatchee, or Ephesus Elementary.

This week’s Student Artist Spotlight is Kinsley Robinson. Kinsley is a second grade student at Heard County Elementary School.

Kinsley used repetition to create Op Art inspired by artist Victor Vasarely.
