Thanksgiving Celebration

Pictured above is Rev. Anthony Pierce (Friendship), Rev. Neil Awbrey (Glenloch) and Rev. Grady Woodruff (Mt. Olive) at Friendship Baptist Church Friends and Family day on October 14th.  These Pastors and their congregations will gather again on Nov. 14 for a special Thanksgiving meal and service, at Glenloch Baptist Church for The Community Harvest Supper and Thanksgiving Celebration.  It will take place on Wednesday November 14 at 5:30 pm- beginning with a meal in our fellowship hall and then a worship service of gratitude and thanksgiving at 7:00.  Our special guests this year will be our friends from Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and Mt. Olive.  Rev. Anthony Pierce, Pastor of Friendship, will be bringing the message and the Friendship choir will be singing.   “Give thanks to the LORD for He is good; for His loving kindness is everlasting.”  (Psalm 136:1) (Submitted by Rodney East)
