Tough opening day at Haralson County Invitational

(Tallapoosa, GA) — The Braves and Lady Braves varsity basketball teams both suffered tough losses on the first day of the 39th Annual Hilburn-Patterson Haralson County Invitational tournament in Tallapoosa Saturday.

The Lady Braves (3-6) tipped off the tournament in a morning affair with a strong Pepperell Lady Dragons (6-3) squad and walked off the court with a 55-48 loss in a hard-nosed game.
