(Franklin, GA) — Senior Heard County Brave quarterback and four star recruit Emory Jones was presented his Under Armour All-America Game jersey on Wednesday morning in front of a crowd of his classmates, coaches and family members at Heard High.

Jones, considered the third-best dual-threat quarterback and No. 36 prospect overall in the country, is one of more than 100 players that have been selected to play in the 10th annual Under Armour All-America Game.

The 2018 Under Armour All-America Game is set for Jan. 4, 2018, at Camping World Stadium. It will be televised live on ESPN2 at 6 p.m. EST.

Jones is committed to play at Ohio State University after graduating high school but first has unfinished business for the Braves.

The Braves (4-1) open Region 5-AA play tomorrow night at Temple High School in Carroll County (7:30 PM) as the road to the state playoffs officially gets underway.

Following tomorrow night’s match-up with the Tigers, the Braves will have back-to-back bye weeks in preparation for a huge clash with the No.2 Class AA ranked arch rival Callaway Cavaliers at Staples Stadium on October 13.

The Braves are currently ranked at No. 9 in Class AA.
