The incident took place at the residence of a 59-year-old woman on HWY 34 west.

According to Williamson, White while brandishing a firearm allegedly knocked on the door of the woman who was home alone at the time and demanded her medications and money.

The quick-thinking woman is facing health issues and was able to call authorities for help with her medic alert alarm after White allegedly forced her into another room.

White faces numerous charges in the incident including Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Home Invasion, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Kidnapping.

Investigators with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office say White along with 28-year-old Megan Leigh Goodson committed armed robbery at the Powers Crossroads Country store last weekend.

The robbery allegedly occurred just after 10 p.m. on Sunday night, August 21 when White entered the store with a mask on his face, brandished a weapon and robbed the clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash, according to Coweta County Sheriff Mike Yeager.

The pair were apprehended in Panama City on August 23. It is not known that Goodson participated in the alleged home invasion on August 17.
