Wanted Criminal Believed to be in Atlanta Area

(Atlanta, GA) — A dangerous man wanted for an armed robbery in Tennessee could be in the Metro Atlanta area.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Marshal’s Service is searching for 26 year-old Sequna Copeland for his involvement in an armed robbery in 2014 near Ripley, TN.

Copeland goes by the nickname Cutthroat or Pinky, and was indicted for a Hobbs Act Robbery, Accessory After the Fact and False Declaration Before the Grand Jury on August 27, 2015.

Special Agent Larry Priester with the Atlanta Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said in a press release issued Monday that Copeland may be in the Metro Atlanta area.

Authorities believe Copeland is a member of the gang, Gangster Disciples.

A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Copeland.
