Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Christopher Paul Shelnutt, 31, 134 Glover Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/02/2013, charged with Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Cruelty to Children.

Sabrina Laster, 28, 134 Glover Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/02/2013, charged with Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Cruelty to Children.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Christopher J. McNeil, 19, 16 Jefferson Pkwy Apt 1, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 12/30/2012, charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, Possession of Less Than 1 oz Marijuana, Driving on Suspended License and Driving While Unlicensed.

Jacqueline Papp, 19, 56 Sturgess Run, Sharpsburg, GA 30277, arrested on 12/30/2012, charged with Possession of Less Than 1 oz Marijuana.

Larry Alvord Wise, 37, 1017 Mahaley Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/30/2012, charged with Criminal Trespass.

Barry Lee Levens, 39, 387 Simpson Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/02/2013, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Tag Light Requirement.

Brianna Mykel Cheeks, 21, 7433 Highway 34, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/03/2013, charged with Speeding, Driving on Suspended License, No Insurance, Suspended Registration and VGCSA.
