Weekly Arrest Reports (01/09/15)

Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Duane Joshua Smith, 22, Pearidge Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/30/2014, charged with Failure to Appear.

Troy Lee Mitchell, 50, Dean Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/07/2015, charged with Driving on Suspended License, Driving While Unlicensed, Habitual Violator and Tag Light Requirement.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Timothy Michael Johnson, 33, Newman Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/30/2014, charged with Simple Assault (2 cts).

Brandie Ann Massie, 30, Jackson Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 12/31/2014, charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Harlan Anthony Morgan, 43, Greenough Street, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 01/01/2015, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign and Reckless Driving.

Jamie Celeste Brown, 37, S River Road, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 01/01/2015, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Obstruction of an Officer.

David Floyd Crockett, 45, Welcome Road, Roopville, GA 30170, arrested on 01/01/2015, charged with Contempt of Court.

William Joseph Powers, 50, Brandenburg Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/02/2015, charged with Battery.

Juanita Hope Burnett, 50, W Boyd Road Apt 6B, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 01/05/2015, charged with DUI Less Safe and Failure to Maintain Lane.

Phillip Hammett, 43, Hwy 100, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 01/05/2015, charged with Violation of Probation.

Jared Webster Rogers, 37, Riverside Street, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/06/2015, charged with Violation of Probation.

Gregory Lewis Turner, 43, East Depot Street, LaGrange, GA 30241, charged with Criminal Trespass and Obstruction of an Officer.
