Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Robert Lee Daniel, Jr., 48, Hannah Ave, Roanoke, AL 36274, arrested on 01/10/2014, charged with Violation of Probation and Possession of Less Than 1 oz Marijuana.

Russell Dale Ward, 38, Thompson Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/15/2014, charged with DUI and Speeding.

Mary Elizabeth West, 19, Round Pound Road, LaFayette, GA 30728, arrested on 01/15/2014, charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol and Open Container.

Shannon Kyle Floyd, 23, Sara Jane Lane, Summerville, GA 30747, arrested on 01/15/2014, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane and Open Container.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Jeffery Lee Adams, 42, Whitley O’Neal Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/09/2014, charged with Contempt of Court.

James Kevin Tenney, 46, Highway 34, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/10/2014, charged with Battery.

Adolfo D. Hernandez-Diaz, 35, Roosterville Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/12/2014, charged with Failure to Stop at Stop Sign and Driving While Unlicensed.

Benjamin Joe Sanders, 26, Roosterville Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/13/2014, charged with VGCSA and Crossing Guard Lines with Drugs.

Joshua Bryan Adams, 31, Macedonia Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/13/2014, charged with Violation of Probation.

Eric Blake Sheppard, 24, County Road 555, Newell, AL 36280, arrested on 01/13/2014, charged with DUI and DUI Less Safe.

Ricky Steve Goddard, 57, Highway 34, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/14/2014, charged with Battery.

Jarred Alford Bailey, 23, Favor Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/15/2014, charged with Violation of Probation.
