Jimmy Charles Ellis, 45, 10 Highland Park Drive, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 01/25/2013, charged with Theft by Taking (3 cts).

Tommy Lee Jones, 31, 1566 Hwy 100 S, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/27/2013, charged with Possession of Less Than 1 oz Marijuana.
