Weekly Arrest Reports (02/09/18)

Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Patrick Benard Person, 32, Doc Fisher Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/03/2018, charged with No Seat Belt, Driving on Suspended License and Driving While Unlicensed.

Melody Jean Atkins, 56, Potts Road, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 02/03/2018, charged with Driving on Suspended License, Tag Light Requirement, Taillight Requirement and Driving No License on Person.

Derek T. Fairly, 35, Elsie Fairly Road, Ustell, MS 39452, arrested on 02/04/2018, charged with DUI, Headlight Requirement, Open Container and Driving While Unlicensed.

Latisha Snelling, 21, Ball Street Apt E, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 02/08/2018, charged with Theft by Taking.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Devin Eric Woodall, 33, Pearidge Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/05/2018, charged with Obstruction of an Officer, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Tools in Commission of Crime, VGCSA, Drug Related Objects, False Information, Parole Violation and Violation of Probation.

Matthew Stuart Morgan, 38, River Court, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 02/06/2018, charged with Burglary.

Kenneth Gene Shelnutt, 55, Hendricks Lake Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/06/2018, charged with Violation of Probation.

Orlando Xavier Smith, 30, Safiar Street, Villa Rica, GA 30180, arrested on 02/06/2018, charged with Speeding and Driving on Suspended License.

April Darlene Whisenhunt, 43, State Line Road, Bowdon, GA 30108, arrested on 02/08/2018, charged with Theft by Taking and Violation of Probation.
