Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Mary Elizabeth Ford, 29, Holiday Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/02/2014, charged with Theft by Shoplifting.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Richard Dean Neff, 46, Burch Road, Fayetteville, GA 30215, arrested on 01/31/2014, charged with Driving on Suspended License, Open Container, Failure to Maintain Lane and Pedestrian Under the Influence.

Kelly Denise Keys, 32, Cedar Street Apt B, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 01/31/2014, charged with VGCSA (2 cts).

Tommy Lee Jones, 32, Unity Road, Carrollton, GA 30170, arrested on 02/01/2014, charged with Violation of Parole.

Austin Alexander McIntyre, 18, Yates Lane, Bowdon, GA 30108, arrested on 02/01/2014, charged with Obstruction of an Officer.

James Vencent Pearson, 35, Stovall Road, LaGrange, GA 30240, arrested on 02/02/2014, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe, Suspended Registration, Simple Assault, Battery and Criminal Damage to Property.

Doug Macarthur Hendrix, 33, North River Circle, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 02/05/2014, charged with VGCSA (3 cts).

David Lee Gaines, 47, Brandenburg Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/05/2014, charged with VGCSA (2 cts).

Chris Lee Tatum, 19, Hwy 100 Lot 4, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 02/05/2014, charged with VGCSA (2 cts).

Kimberly Roberts Pilgrim, 47, Minardi Drive, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 02/06/2014, charged with VGCSA (3 cts).

Jessica Ruth Bunn, 35, Minardi Drive, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 02/06/2014, charged with VGCSA (2 cts).
