Billy Joe Morman, III, 27, 794 Holiday Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/23/2013, charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Driving While Unlicensed and Possession of Less Than 1 oz Marijuana.

Carlton Jackson, 48, 297 Bevis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/24/2013, charged with Battery, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Violation of Probation.

Fidel R. Garcia, 34, 6083 Lynne Circle SW, Mableton, GA 30126, arrested on 02/24/2013, charged with Speeding, Driving on Suspended License and Driving with no License on Person.

Shannon Gayle Hyatt, 48, 1080 Favor Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/26/2013, charged with Theft by Taking (9 cts) and VGCSA (2 cts).

Roberta Ortiz Adams, 24, 556 Futral Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/27/2013, charged with Criminal Trespass.

Christopher Richard Bailey, 31, 707 Kirk Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/22/2013, charged with Battery (fva).

Kevin Shayne Noojin, 37, 19716 Hwy 100  N, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/22/2013, charged with Aggravated Child Molestation ( 2 cts) and Aggravated Sexual Battery.

Joshua Lee Gray, 27, 1255 Thomas Street, Roopville, GA 30170, arrested on 02/23/2013, charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Bobby Sherman Masdon, Jr., 40, 184 D Sweeper Smith Road, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 02/25/2013, charged with Driving on Suspended License, Driving While Unlicensed and Tag Light Requirements.

Dakota Jacob Meredith, Jr., 18, 3188 Roosterville Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/26/2013, charged with Damage to Mailboxes (38 cts).

James Thomas Brangan, 17, 4079 South River Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/26/2013, charged with Damage to Mailboxes (38 cts).
