Weekly Arrest Reports (02/27/14)

Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Jared Webster Rogers, 36, Riverside Street, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/22/2014, charged with Theft by Taking and Financial Transaction Card Fraud.

Torrey Dion Shaw, 37, Lamburg Street, Carrollton, GA 30116, arrested on 02/22/2014, charged with Battery.

Gregory Lamar Cheeks, Jr., 23, Eady Street, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/23/2014, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe, Obscured Tag, Tag Light Requirement, Driving on Suspended License, Driving While Unlicensed and Open Container.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Dustin Kyle Parker, 25, Highland Terrace, Lithia Springs, GA 30122, arrested on 02/20/2014, charged with Speeding, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Reckless Driving, Driving on Suspended License, DUI Child Endangerment and DUI Less Safe.

Garrett Ethan Brown, 17, Foggy Bottom Drive, Carrollton, GA 30116, arrested on 02/20/2014, charged with Open Container, Underage Alcohol, Speeding, DUI and DUI Less Safe.

Kyle Hayden Folsom, 27, Greenwood Lake Drive, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/23/2014, charged with Criminal Trespass and Obstruction of an Officer.

Jonathan Garrick Price, 30, Hwy 27 Lot 4, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 02/24/2014, charged with Headlight Requirement and Possession of Less Than 1 oz Marijuana.

Rebecca Lynn Gatz, 51, Morgan Road, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 02/24/2014, charged with Pedestrian Under the Influence.

Steven Eric Colton, 46, Zebra Lane, Grantville, GA 30220, arrested on 02/25/2014, charged with VGCSA (3 cts).
