Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Bobby Garld Smallwood, 36, Cedar Grove, Fairburn, GA 30293, arrested on 03/13/2018, charged with Driving on Suspended License, Driving While Unlicensed and Marijuana Less Than 1 oz.

Cody Wayne Davis, 27, South McKinley Maddox, Perry, FL 32347, arrested on 03/15/2018, charged with Reckless Driving.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Stephen Mitchell Bowling, 45, Dennis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/09/2018, charged with Sexual Battery.

Gregory Lamar Cheeks, Jr., 27, Franklin Parkway, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/12/2018, charged with Violation of Probation.

Sabrina Adell Wilson, 31, Twin Mountain Lake Circle, Talking Rock, GA 30175, arrested on 03/12/2018, charged with Violation of Probation.

Trevor Carnard Byers, 27, Wilkerson Road, Rome, GA 30165, arrested on 03/12/2018, charged with Failure to Appear.

Gordon Johnson, 28, GA Hwy 34, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/12/2018, charged with Battery (2 cts) and Obstruction of an Officer.

Cory James Garmon, 42, Nitra Road, Bremen, GA 30110, arrested on 03/13/2018, charged with Violation of Probation.

Richard M. Hogan, Jr., 46, Ramp Road, LaGrange, GA 30241, arrested on 03/14/2018, charged with Violation of Probation.

Michael Alexander Pippin, 38, Butler Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 03/15/2018, charged with Cruelty to Animals, Firearm Possession by Convicted Felon and Discharging Firearm on Property of Another.

Johnathon Allen Callaway, 27, Avery Lane, LaGrange, GA 30240, arrested on 03/15/2018, charged with Violation of Probation (2 cts).
