Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Jimmy Ray Pike 72, County Rd. 65 Roanoke, Al. 36274 arrested on 07/03/2020 charged with Expired tag, Tag light requirement, No insurance, Driving while license is suspended, Driving while un-licensed, Possession of drug related objects.

Thomas Lee 58, Witt Circle. Austell, Ga. 30168 arrested on 07/04/2020 charged with Expired tag, Windshield cracked, Driving while license is suspended, Driving while unlicensed.

Matthew Sturat Morgan 40, River Court. Hogansville, Ga. 30230 arrested on 07/04/2020 charged with No seatbelt, Driving while license is suspended, Driving while unlicensed.

Omar Jabar Knight 35, Logan St. Atlanta, Ga. 30312 arrested on 07/04/2020 charged with Expired tag, Too fast for conditions, Speeding, Fleeing and attempting to elude police, Failure to maintain lane, Passing in a no passing zone, No seat belt, Following too close, Distracted driving, Reckless driving, Driving while license is suspended, Driving while unlicensed, Obstruction of a officer.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Britany Renee Steele 31, Five Notch Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 07/03/2020 charged with DUI less safe. 

Joshua Alan Peterson 42, Favor Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 07/06/2020 charged with Violation of probation. 

William R. Burkhart 29, Starpoint Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 07/08/2020 charged with Theft by taking. 

Leonard Ray Nash 42, Bevis Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 07/09/2020 charged with Failure to register as a sex offender. 

Joshua Mark Lovvern 36, Centralhatchee Parkway. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 07/02/2020 charged with Speeding, Driving while license is suspended.
