Jeffery Anderson Arthur 36, Ephesus Heights Dr. Villa Rica, Ga. 30180 arrested on 70/26/2020 charged with Burglary 1st degree.
Vernon Wesley Parker 56, Victory Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 07/27/2020 charged with Theft by taking.
Sterling Garry Embrey 28, Frolona Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 07/28/2020 charged with theft by conversion.
David Junior Keeler, Jr. 39, Hwy 100 N. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 07/30/2020 charged with Aggravated assault.
