Byron Kevin West, 30, 245 Hull Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 06/28/2012, charged with Battery (FVA), Simple Battery (FVA) (2 cts) and Cruelty to Children (3 cts).

Laura Lanette Bearden, 36, 1103 Mahaley Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/05/2012, charged with Aggravated Assault.
