Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Mark Kevin Holloway, 45, Roosterville Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/02/2016, charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.

Joshua Louis Abbott, 23, Willow Drive, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 07/07/2016, charged with Failure to Appear.

Brady Shane Harvey, 23, 12th Ave, Columbus, GA 31904, arrested on 07/02/2016, charged with Pedestrian Under the Influence.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Tony Ray Hendrix, 58, Bevis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/01/2016, charged with Parole Violation.

Billy Marlin Holland, Jr., 40, Thomas Drive, Palmetto, GA 30268, arrested on 07/02/2016, charged with Violation of Probation.

John Kimsey Watson, 39, Pope Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/02/2016, charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI, VGCSA (2 cts), Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Pills Not in Original Container, No Brake Light and Passenger Under 18 in Bed of Truck (3 cts).

Amy Leigh Phillips, 26, Joe Stephens Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/04/2016, charged with Failure to Appear.

Monroe Keith Runels, 49, Redland Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/04/2016, charged with Battery, Simple Battery (FVA) and Terror Threats and Acts.

Derrick Lamar Cook, 31, West Eli Drive, Carrollton, GA 30117, arrested on 07/04/2016, charged with Violation of Probation.

Jason Eugene Dailey, 45, Fox Run, Lineville, AL 36266, arrested on 07/05/2016, charged with DUI, Speeding and Failure to Maintain Lane.

Cassandra Marcella Morris, 49, Half Ward, LaGrange, GA 30240, arrested on 07/07/2016, charged with Violation of Probation.
