Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

James Keith Forbus, 34, Frolona Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/01/2014, charged with Driving While Unlicensed and Driving on Suspended License.

Kelly Jo Whitman, 43, Holiday Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/02/2014, charged with Driving on Suspended License, Driving While Unlicensed and Open Container.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

David Junior Keeler, II, 33, Highway 100 N, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 07/31/2014, charged with Drug Related Objects and Obstruction of an Officer.

Kelly Nicole Roquemore, 35, Dean Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/01/2014, charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI and DUI Less Safe.

Leviticus Lee Leveritt, 41, Bevis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/02/2014, charged with Obstruction of an Officer and Drug Related Objects.

Ruben Mendoza Gonzalez, 42, Pleasant Hill Road, Carrollton, GA 30116, arrested on 08/04/2014, charged with Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Tag Light Required and Failure to Maintain Lane.

Mark D. Skidmore, 36, Pine Ridge Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/04/2014, charged with Criminal Trespass and Obstruction of an Officer.

Misty Lynn Wilson, 27, Alabama Road, Roopville, GA 30170, arrested on 08/06/2014, charged with Battery.

Greg Leslie Stewart, 46, GA Hwy 100, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/06/2014, charged with Child Molestation.

George Lee Powers, Jr., 41, Sewell Road, Grantville, GA 30220, arrested on 08/07/2014, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe and No Seat Belt.
