Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

David Junior Keeler, 33, Hwy 100 N, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/08/2014, charged with Obstruction of an Officer.

Detrick Lamond Thornton, 40, Hwy 100 N, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/08/2014, charged with Firearm Possession by Convicted Felon, Pointing a Pistol at Another, Aggravated Assault and Public Intoxication.

Thomas Jeffery Timms, 24, Roopville Veal Road, Roopville, GA 30170, arrested on 08/13/2014, charged with VGCSA (2 cts) and Pills Not in Original Container.

Joshua W. Summerville, 23, Roopville Veal Road, Roopville, GA 30170, arrested on 08/13/2014, charged with DUI Less Safe and DUI.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Leslie Corine Morris, 47, Highway 34, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/07/2014, charged with Obstruction of an Officer and Violation of Probation.

Brian Joshua Haynes, 33, Smokey Road, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 08/07/2014, charged with VGCSA and Parole Violation.

Frank Thomas Lingerfelt, Jr., 31, North River Circle, Hogansville, GA 30230, arrested on 08/07/2014, charged with Firearm Possession by Convicted Felon and Violation of Probation.

Michael Jerome Phillips, 30, Old Hutchinson Mill Road, LaGrange, GA 30240, arrested on 08/10/2014, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe, Driving on Suspended License, Driving no License on Person, Open Container, Failure to Maintain Lane, Obstruction of an Officer and Parole Violation.

David Lewis Daniel, 35, Hwy 100 N, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/12/2014, charged with VGCSA.
