Cedric Lamont Ogletree, 34, 6085 Redland Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 09/04/2012, charged with Contempt of Court.

Timothy Shaun McDonald, 31, 121 Tinica Way, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 09/04/2012, charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI Less Safe, DUI, No Seatbelt, Headlight Requirement and No Insurance.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Teddy Lee Fincher, 51, 232 Abner Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 08/31/2012, charged with Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property and Criminal Trespass.

David Joseph Hartley, 46, 28 Hall Street, Acworth, GA 30102, arrested on 09/05/2012, charged with Violation of Probation.

Jill Marian Bowen, 26, 210 Fir Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 09/05/2012, charged with Obstruction of an Officer.
