Adam Eugene Carney, 28, 265 Dean Drive, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 09/06/2012, charged with DUI Less Safe, DUI, Obstruction of an Officer, Drug Related Objects, and VGCSA (2 cts).

Christopher Richard Bailey, 30, 707 Kirk Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 09/09/2012, charged with Driving on Suspended License, Driving While Unlicensed and Windshield Requirement.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Amos Richard Scarborough, 38, 1333 Hull Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 09/07/2012, charged with Contempt of Court (2 cts).

Christy Leigh Long, 40, 1000 Denney Creek Road, Roopville, GA 30170, arrested on 09/07/2012, charged with Violation of Probation.

Timothy Mitchell Thompson, 22, 2166 Hwy 100, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 09/07/2012, charged with Burglary (2 cts).

Ezekiel Scott Bailey, 20, 520 Cassel Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 09/07/2012, charged with Theft by Taking.

Larry David McKenzie, Jr., 33, 525 Charlie B Johnston Road, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 09/09/2012, charged with Simple Assault (FVA), Cruelty to Children and False Imprisonment (2 cts)(FVA).

Mathew Wayne Hunter, 26, 5269 Bevis Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 09/11/2012, charged with Tag Light Requirement, No Insurance and Driving on Suspended License.
