Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Amos Lashante Cook, 35, Five Notch Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/10/2014, charged with Failure to Appear.

Brittany Lyann Sims, 17, Elm Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/12/2014, charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.

Holly Lynn Stubbs, 43, Franklin Parkway, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/14/2014, charged with Failure to Appear.

Joshua Shawn Pierce, 25, Corinth Road, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 10/14/2014, charged with Driving While Unlicensed, No Insurance, Driving on Suspended License and License Tag Violation.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Destiny Joann Stanley, 22, Denney Creek Road, Roopville, GA 30170, arrested on 10/09/2014, charged with Violation of Probation.

Keyante Reshawn Watkins, 19, Doc Fisher Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/09/2014, charged with Driving on Suspended License.

Christopher Brandon Marsh, 27, Newman Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/10/2014, charged with Violation of Probation.

John Thomas Yarbrough, 40, Franklin Parkway, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/11/2014, charged with Possession of Less Than 1 oz Marijuana.

Barry Lee Levens, 41, Simpson Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/11/2014, charged with Disorderly Conduct and Arson.

Johnathon Allen Callaway, 24, Hickey Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/12/2014, charged with Aggravated Stalking, Failure to Appear and Parole Violation.

Brian Keith Watts, 43, South River Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/13/2014, charged with Burglary.

Joshua Ryan Head, 28, S River Circle, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/15/2014, charged with Theft of Services and Criminal Damage to Property.
