Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

JaQuaivus Deisnon Brewer, 22, Mary B. Johnson Drive, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/19/2016, charged with Failure to Appear.

Brittany Michelle Tumlin, 24, Greenwood Lake Drive, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/19/2016, charged with VGCSA.

Roger Dale Powell, 47, Highway 219, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/20/2016, charged with DUI, DUI Less Safe and No Seat Belt.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Perry Steven Cheeks, 56, US Hwy 27, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/14/2016, charged with Simple Assault and Violation of Probation.

Sarina Marie Caldwell, 27, Poplar Road, Newnan, GA 30263, arrested on 10/15/2016, charged with Contempt of Court.

Aundre L. Watkins, 33, Franklin Parkway, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/18/2016, charged with Failure to Appear (2 cts), Aggravated Assault and VGCSA (6 cts).

James Derrick Green, 31, Whooping Creek Road, Carrollton, GA 30116, arrested on 10/19/2016, charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.

Candace Dawn Awbrey, 20, Skyview Drive, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/19/2016, charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.

Brian Derrick Morris, 33, Keel Road, Roopville, GA 30170, arrested on 10/19/2016, charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Firearm Possession by Convicted Felon.

Weldon Lenard Goss, 37, Whitley Oneal Road, Franklin, GA 30217, arrested on 10/19/2016, charged with Contempt of Court (2 cts).

Todd Michael Gammon, 28, Bishop Road, Luthersville, GA 30251, arrested on 10/19/2016, charged with Driving on Suspended License and Tag Light Requirement.

Trenton Ray Hill, 21, County Road 79, Roanoke, AL 36274, arrested on 10/20/2016, charged with Violation of Probation.
