Weekly Arrest Reports (11/28/19)

Franklin Police Chief, Kevin Hannah, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in the city of Franklin and their various charges:

Megan Faith Cook, 20, Redland Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 11/22/2019 charged with Driving Under the Influence, D.U.I. Less Safe, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane.

Carlton Trenton Jackson, 55, Redland Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 11/23/2019 charged with City Ordinance for Drinking in Public.

Terry Lamar Lewis, 37, Doc Fisher Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 11/24/2019 charged with Criminal Trespass.

Larry James Brown, Sr., 55, Breezeway Apartments, Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 11/24/2019 charged with Suspended License, Driving While Unlicensed.

Heard County Sheriff, Ross Henry, has issued the following list of individuals arrested in Heard County including their various charges:

Michael August Boccagno, 46, Scotty CT. Cramerton, N.C. 28032 arrested on 11/23/2019 charged with Drinking Under the Influence, Open Container, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.

Billy Joe Yarbrough, 58, Liberty Hill Glen Rd. Franklin, Ga. 30217 arrested on 11/24/2019 charged with Theft/Theft by Taking.

Kevin Adam Yarbrough, 35, N River Circle Hogansville, Ga. 30230 arrested on 11/25/2019 charged with Violation of Probation.

Kenneth Andrew Collins, 31, Lilly Oak Villa Rica, Ga. 30180 arrested on 11/25/2019 charged with Violation of Probation.

Joshua David Brawner, 34, Swanson St. LaGrange, Ga. 30240 arrested on 11/25/2019 charged with Violation of Probation.

Albert Chase McCormick, 26, Wooping Creek Rd. Carrollton, Ga. 30116 arrested on 11/27/2019 charged with Two Counts of Contempt of Court.
